We will be delighted to look after your investment property to the highest of standards and we will do our very best to secure good quality students. All tenancies start from 1st September and the contract will be for 11 months. That way you only have a one month void period every year. All students will need a guarantor and all the necessary checks are carried out prior to them moving in. The student market can be very profitable and we will ensure you maximise yields & return.

Wingfield House is our purpose built student accommodation. It is located in Portsmouth, close to the city centre and the University of Portsmouth. Wingfield House offers a variety of studio rooms, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities that students need.
