Emergency Electrical Related Faults: National Grid: 0800 404090 24 hours

Please note: If you experience total loss of power please check your fuse board in the first instance and your smart meter if you have one. If there is no power to your smart meter and your fuse board looks normal then please call the national grid before contacting an electrician. The national grid will be able to confirm if there is a power cut. If there isn’t a power cut then please call the electrician on the number provided.

All out-of-hours calls (between 17:01 and 07:59) must go through the Office number: 01243 513657 and select Option 1. Your call will be redirected to one of the company’s on-call managers, who will take your details and job information. They will then assign an engineer to attend the site as needed.

This process ensures continuity and that your call is handled promptly and appropriately.
