I have been working at Days Lettings since 2018. I started at the company as a Property Administrator and now I am the Property Manager. I provide that bridge between our tenants and landlords and assist with a variety of property maintenance issues.

As part of my role at Days Lettings, I am also the Office Manager for Wingfield House. Here, I oversee the day-to-day management of the office and the lettings department at Wingfield House. I enjoy having both roles as they give me a variety of responsibilities.

I really enjoy working with Jodie and the rest of the team. I am passionate about what I do and strive to help our tenants and landlords whilst offering a friendly and personal service.

Hi, I’m Megan, Senior Lettings Consultant at Days Lettings and Assistant to Jodie, our Director.

My journey with Days Lettings began in 2022 when I joined the Southsea team as a Lettings Consultant. With the continuous support, encouragement, and opportunities provided by my colleagues, I have progressed through the business to become a Senior Lettings Consultant. Having started with no previous industry experience, I am incredibly grateful that the team took a chance on me and welcomed me with open arms. It’s a decision I have never looked back on.

In my current role, I work closely with Lucy, supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process while also providing day-to-day assistance to the Director. I take pride in delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service, and I enjoy building strong relationships with our clients.

There is so much I enjoy about my role at Days Lettings, particularly meeting new landlords and tenants and helping them through their property journey. I also enjoy working closely with Jodie, whose support, guidance, and hands-on approach make a real difference to both the team and our clients. Being part of a company where support is always available has played a huge part in my own development and is one of the many reasons I enjoy my role so much.

Hi, my name is Lucy and I am a Lettings Consultant at Days Lettings. I started here January 2026 . I enjoy helping clients find the right property and supporting them throughout their lettings journey. I take pride in providing a friendly, professional service and being part of a dedicated team. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to my son, who keeps me busy and entertained. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and family, attending events, and making the most of new experiences.

I began my career at Days Lettings in 2022 by joining the Property Management team. My role includes assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and general property management queries. The main part of my role, however, is based at Wingfield House student accommodation whereby I handle most aspects of lettings to the students each academic year. This is such a varied role and i really enjoy seeing the students journey from viewing the studios with us, right through to them leaving us to start their careers.

With over 20 years of experience in the Lettings industry, I can genuinely say that here at Days Lettings, the customer service is the best in the business. I have worked for a variety of Lettings and Sales agents across Hampshire which has allowed me to build a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. I’m dedicated and passionate about my role and strive to deliver the best, friendly and personal customer service possible. I honestly feel confident that Days Lettings customers experience the attention to detail that is required to receive an unrivalled service.

Darren is a dedicated property professional with over eight years of industry experience. Known for delivering exceptional support to both buyers and sellers, he prides himself on clear communication, regular updates, and giving every client his full attention from start to finish. His commitment to service has earned him a reputation for reliability, transparency, and genuine care.

Outside of work, Darren is a proud husband and dad, enjoying life with his daughter and step‑son. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll often find him on the golf course, watching football, or getting stuck into the next stage of his home renovation.

Family time, fresh challenges, and doing things properly are at the heart of everything he does.
